News Reporter Strike. Solano Economic Development News Coverage Goingn Off Line?

Solano cyber bullies having been protecting special interest groups getting state redevelopment funds.  Reporters on Solano economic development tax funding are stopping most of their blog news coverage until the political harassment is addressed.

Certain political old boy groups benefited from over $100,000,000 dollars. They complain that Jerry Brown is cutting off their cash cow.  Why should Jerry use tax moneys to fund the rich people's campaign to make the poor more poor as explained at EconomicSegregration.Net?

Huge commercial properties that competed against the small mom and pops in the central Fairfield business district. Parties to the crimes partly exposed at www.FixFairfield.Org's blog.
Ignore government funded news sites such as those from Solano EDC? They are part of the Solano old boys network? This blog is not liable for any errors. It's time for readers to Google: "Solano Economic Development" and ethics.

Meanwhile the Daily Republic's political news reporters will continue to cover Fairfield City Hall at DailyRepublic.com

Solano Economic Segregation: Case Study On Unfair Political Power

Economic Segregation Case Study In Fairfield, California
How One California Mayor May Have Profited From Economic Segregation

The mayor for an otherwise nice city diverts local tax dollars and California state redevelopment funds to benefit large development projects. Meanwhile the poorer parts of Fairfield continue the decline.  The mayor pretended to promise to redevelop his central Fairfield business district to deflect criticism. Meanwhile small businesses may have lost millions of dollars each to the bigger companies favored by he mayor.

Mayor Seems To Fight The Redevelop Of Main Gateway Into Downtown:
• This is where many of his main opponents run their businesses. Price in effect may cut his opponent’s funding sources to keep them at bay?
• Is there any connection with Fairfield breaking its promises in not redeveloping its main gateway to Fairfield's business district? Countless businesses (many in effect chased out) were promised that West Texas Street would be revitalized with ground breaking in 2000. Countless millions were invested in buying property along West Texas Street because the smaller time and less politically savvy real estate investors believed Fairfield's city hall.

Mysterious Fairfield Politician Deaths:
• Many who have dared question local politicians have greatly regretted taking on the risks.
• For example two healthy city council members asking too many questions were mysteriously found dead on different days of the same month. The dead Fairfield City Council members were: Matt Garcia (21 year old city council candidate shot down getting out of his new Cadillac) and Frank Kardos, school vice principle (purportedly hung himself to be found by the two children he loved).
• Few are willing to speak publicly about the mysterious deaths. Can you blame them?

Harry Price remains with few strong opponents willing to fully speak out about the mayor (including this blog). He once ran without opposition.

Comments From Emails To City Of Fairfield About Their Unfair Tactics Include:

“Fairfield economic segregation in Fairfield continues. Glad Harry Price has learned something from Cat Moy. Harry is telling people honestly what may not be politically correct. Join fellow small businesses in Fairfield that watch their competitors getting Harry’s “first class” treatment.”

“Don’t let short sound bytes from some people make fun of the reality behind the Price Economic Segregation Plan, that is unless they have read and understood the Pepper Bellies article and the decade long fight FixFairfield.Org and its non paying members have had to battle with.”

“While Harry is supporting unhealthy food eating habits by supporting “first class” junk food, and an establishment noted for being prejudiced against minorities, think about healthier foods in Harry’s first class neighborhood. Take your children to Fresh Choice.”

Solano Sales Tax Cut Stimulationg Solano Economy

Solano County's 1% Sales Tax Cut Is Stimulationg Solano Economy

Governor Jerry Brown hopes it will help stimulate California' economy. Lower Solano sales taxes are making Solano shoppers happier. How many years will we have to wait before the Solano sales tax rate goes up again?

The drop in one percent for the sales taxes throughout the California sate came about when the so called "temporary" one percent tax increase expired.

Meanwhile Solano government needs increased sales tax revenue or we will see more public sector employee lay offs yet again.

Solano County Thanks Steve Kays Fighting For What’s Right

Suisun drivers often use the special short cut between Suisun and Vacaville.  The short cut goes from highway 12 through Fairfield and on to highway I-80 (more on www.FixFairfield.org blog).

The Short Cut Needs A Face Lift. First Impressions Are Important. Steve Kays Never Gives Up On Solano County’s West Texas Street Redevelopment Project

The main entrance into central Solano County happens to be West Texas Street.  It is also part of the short cut drivers take between highways I-80 and 12. Solano County invested $101,000,000 in developing its new county government building. This was done as part of the Solano County West Texas Street Redevelopment Project.

Steve Kays of Solano County has worked with the City of Fairfield to get the West Texas Street Redevelopment Project completed. While things didn’t go as fast as planned, Steve Kays never gave up.  Though the chances of getting the City to stick with the West Texas Street Redevelopment Project might have appeared bleak over many years, Steve Kays kept moving things forward, whatever the cost in time and money. Steve Kays plans to continually discuss the importance of revitalizing Solano County’s main gateway into its main business district, and local Solano county and Fairfield city government districts in central Fairfield, California. Steven Kays has been fighting for this project since 1999.

The City of Fairfield has a strong vision for West Texas Street.  Fairfield reiterated the importance of West Texas Street as the biggest vital gateway to downtown Fairfield. The Fairfield plan proposes different interesting improvements. The many needed redevelopment programs include helping businesses along the main gateway grow so they will hire more people.  Plus plans are for redeveloping it into a more pedestrian friendly environment along the Fairfield street, such as separated sidewalks, landscaping and nice street trees, plus modern street lighting, decorative crosswalks, median islands, and much more..!

Details on the next Solano County West Texas Street Redevelopment Project, also known as the Fairfield Gateway Promise are at the blog for Fix Fairfield at www.FixFairfield.org. Or call Fix Fairfield at 707 434-8000.

City's Broken Fairfield Gateway Promise

Tonight, the Fairfield City Council and city leaders politely danced around clear answers about the City's Broken Fairfield Gateway Promise.

The neglected gateway leads to the $101,000,0000 Solano County building. The gateway starts from I-80, and goes through West Texas Street then downtown Fairfield. The gateway’s weakest link from Allan Witt Park thru Pennsylvania removes the charm from past gateway redevelopment spent. Since 2000 told West Texas investors, and Solano County to wait a little longer for the city to keep its Fairfield Gateway Promise. Investors lost millions and had to lay off many Fairfield employees because they expected the city to keep its Fairfield Economic Development Promise.

Bookmark this blog and www.FixFairfield.org to follow how this turns out..!
