Solano Co-Working

After The Bust Of WeWork.com Other Solano Co-Working Operators Are Getting Doubts About Joining The Bandwagon For Flexible Office Space Rentals.

While Solano Co-Working parent has offered different types of Fairfield co-working arrangements for about 20 years, it's puzzled by those jumping into the band wagon.  There have been very few calls about co-working both before and after the idea took greater hold.  It's popular in urban settings where people want to get out of cramped quarters, and less in demand here in Fairfield and beyond.

It's also puzzling why Solano Economic Development including Fairfield Economic Development is behind this push.  Sort of  like pushing people to buy and remodel commercial real estate properties along West Texas Street with promises to improve the street afterwards. Do your research on and offline before renting as a sub-tenant, or remodeling as a Solano landlord.
